First, fireproof performance of fire shutter doors
From the role of the fire to the back surface of the heat radiation intensity exceeds the threshold of the critical heat radiation intensity, or when the curtain surface fire. This period of time is referred to as the fire limit and is used to determine the fire resistance rating of the steel fire shutter.
Second, fire shutter doors materials:
The galvanized steel sheets and strips, as well as ordinary carbon structural steels, shall be used for the curtains, seats, guides, lintels, and boxes. The reel uses high-quality carbon structural steel or common carbon structural steel, and welded steel pipe or seamless steel pipe. The support uses ordinary carbon structural steel or gray cast iron. The thickness of the curtain plate is 1.2-2.0mm, the thickness of the buried rail is 1.5-2.5mm, and the thickness of the exposed steel rail is ≥3.0mm. The depth of the curtain plate embedded in the rail shall meet the requirements in the following table.
Third, steel fire shutter wind pressure performance (laminate strength)
The guide rails and roller blinds do not fall off under the specified load, and their deflections must meet the requirements of the following table.
Fourth, steel fire shutter curtain smoke performance
In the pressure difference of 20Pa leakage should be less than 0.2m3/m2min.
Installation requirements: The steel fire shutter is installed on the wall of the building and it should be welded or embedded with the embedded parts in the wall. It can also be installed with expansion bolts, but its anchorage strength must meet the requirements.
